Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Public Institute.
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with Diploma in Automobile Engg. will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for:
∎ Ensure after sales service for all Agi Equipment.
∎ Developing Customer Service Strategy for Agri-Machinery products (Combine Harvester, Reaper etc.) and other Agricultural Equipment.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction of field level.
∎ Make the service training plan for Service Mechanics and product training for customer.
∎ Build up strong relationship with Customer, Mechanic and DAE personnel in Upazila level.
∎ Required frequently field visit.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: Around 30 years.
∎ At least 2 years experience in relevant field.
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ He should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of customers.
∎ Should be energetic, self motivated & capable to work under pressure and have good oral and written English & Bengali communication skill. Good Command over MS Office/Computer. Willing to travel across country is required.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude
