Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering - excellent skill in quality and finishing management of residential and commercial projects.
∎ Special Training in Quality Assurance & Finishing works will be preferred.
∎ Special knowledge in Quality & Testing of Construction Materials will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting customers to ascertain the need of customers' requirements when a project completes structural work and in a state of starting finish works.
∎ Providing technical advice to the customers while customizing and finalizing the requirement of finishing works for a commercial projects or apartments of a residential project.
∎ Keeping constant liaison with the engineering department to ensure that clients' requirement is fulfilled.
∎ Monitoring the work progress and assessing the finishing work quality so that the project or apartments meet the clients' requirement.
∎ Sourcing and coordinating with stake holders for timely supply of quality finishing materials needed to complete the work.
∎ Checking physically to ensure that correct quality materials are used as per requirement of the customer.
∎ Communicating customers time to time to appraise customer about the work progress and physically show them the progress of finishing work if necessary.
∎ Develop good public relation with all stake holders and customers by effective inter personnel communication skill.
∎ Responding to any customer complaints and take effective measure to solve the issue.
∎ Preparing the cost analysis for the optional and modification work as per requirement of the customer
∎ Co-ordinating with design and Interior Division and Land Department for standard specification of project.
∎ Co-ordinating with construction division for maintenance services for all handed over projects of the company for a period as per agreement made with clients of these building projects.
∎ Brick Layout Finalization.
∎ To get approval of finishing items from customer for each project.
∎ To prepare and finalize Demand and Refund Statement.
∎ Any other task given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Adequate knowledge on the quality of construction process and materials.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ The candidate should be able to take initiatives and work in a team.
∎ Must be well groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
