∎ Job Purpose:
∎ We are looking for a talented Customer Service Executive to undertake marketing initiatives to showcase projects. The Customer Experience Center Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, utilizing problem-solving skills, and maintaining a positive image of the company.
∎ Key responsibilities:
∎ 1. Customer Interaction:
∎ - Handle customer inquiries at the location of the CX center.
∎ - Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
∎ - Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
∎ - Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
∎ 2. Problem Solving and Resolution:
∎ - Analyze customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
∎ - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
∎ - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
∎ 3. Customer Feedback Management:
∎ - Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
∎ - Provide insights and recommendations to management based on customer feedback.
∎ 4. Process Improvement:
∎ - Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer service quality.
∎ - Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and policies.
∎ - Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in customer service.
∎ 5. Reporting and Analysis:
∎ - Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and issues.
∎ - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience.
∎ - Present findings to management and suggest actionable improvements.
∎ Experience, Competencies, and Education:
∎ - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
∎ - Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. Real estate industry background will get preference.
∎ - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bengali and English.
∎ - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
∎ - Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
∎ - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
∎ - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
