∎ Handle customer inquiries related to export/import shipments via phone, email, and in-person.
∎ Coordinate with operations, documentation, and sales teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
∎ Provide regular shipment updates and resolve customer issues efficiently.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with clients and overseas agents.
∎ Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction and service quality.
