Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Will respond to all customer inquires on our social media pages. This will be done in two shifts.
∎ 2. Will have to constantly learn about the products we offer as more products are added every month, this includes complete details of the product and including any pricing information.
∎ 3. Must respond to all customer comments on both Facebook and Instagram pages.
∎ 4. The customer service agent will also be responsible for up-selling products and recommending products to our customers.
∎ 5. The customer service agent should not leave any customer unsatisfied.
∎ 6. The customer service agent should be calm, collected and respectful to our customers.
∎ 7. The customer service agent will have to abide by our privacy rules, in order to protect the privacy of our customers.
∎ 8. The customer service agent, lastly should be honest, motivated and charismatic.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
