∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, customer services
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide quality service to the customer over online communication (eg: email, web chat, social media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
∎ Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
∎ Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis
∎ Serve customers through digital channel with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition. In this way enhance daraz brand image.
∎ Maintaining high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Proficient in typing is must (English & Bengali), speed 30 words per minute.
∎ Should have the mind to work in shifting basis.
∎ Should have computer knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Should have habit to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
