Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & make call to the customers.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Must able to work by shifting & willingly work in Gov. holidays
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving skill.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point etc.)
∎ Good command on Facebook operation.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Make Report to Manager or Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Training.

Salary: Tk. 7000 - 8000 (Monthly)
