∎ Bachelor in any Discipline.
∎ BSc in EEE/CSE/Mechanical Highly preferred.
∎ Bachelor in any Discipline.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ At least 1 year on relevant field.
∎ Preferred experience in Customer Relationship Management.
∎ Good written and typing skill.
∎ Dedication and Hardworking attitude.
∎ Good time-management skills.
∎ Ability to multi-task.
∎ Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.
∎ Should have capability to insure quality customer service.
∎ Skills & Expertise: Customer Support/ Client Service, Team Lead.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with customers in an informative manner, in keeping with brand’s voice and tone.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Social Media, Email and web chat.
∎ Handling incoming inquiries from prospective customers or client.
∎ Assist Customer effectively by solving customer complain.
∎ Provide customer additional information or explain service.
∎ Ensure Customer satisfaction.
∎ Able to work on live chat, Facebook replies.
∎ Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
