Educational Requirements:
∎ O level/ A level/ BBA background necessary.
∎ Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skill are encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Need to provide information to the customer,
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Accomplish every call actively to solve client`s problem.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to handle incoming calls of the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
∎ Need to provide information to the customer,
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Accomplish every call actively to solve client's problem.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)
∎ Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six month employment contract.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in a positive or negative situations.
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.

Salary: Negotiable
