Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer queries/Message reply through social media accounts
∎ Placing Order from back office
∎ Monitor customer's Complain/ Problem/ Return/ Exchange issues
∎ Answer customers comment on facebook post/ Live (Notification)
∎ Ensure Post Calls (Inside Dhaka Order)
∎ Ensure Courier Calls (Outside Dhaka Order)
∎ Making resend call/ Courier return / Problem solving call
∎ Serving customers over phone and giving solution
∎ Follow up customers reviews on group and page
∎ Serve customers queries physically (At Office)
∎ Collection of customers demanding products/ Stock out products and also restock products
∎ Stock out product converted to order
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
