Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have Bachelor Degree from any recognized university.
∎ Related work experience/ Call center experience/ Accounts Background will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call centre training, Customer Relation, Customer Support/ Client Service, Front Office
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Hotel, Tour Operator

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Patient management
∎ Make appointment, patient file management
∎ Must have the capability to attend overseas phone call and quarries
∎ Should have the ability to handle pressure
∎ Need to have good Customer Service skill
∎ Should have basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and email
∎ Ability to work with the team
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well trained for this relevant field will get preference.
∎ Should be smart & well-groomed with pleasant personality
∎ Have to be polite, honest and self-motivated.
∎ Must have maintain office rule.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, active, dedicated, punctual and hard working.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and self-started with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work hard & under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
∎ Must have creativity.
