Job Context:
∎ The candidate should be able to speak comfortably over the phone with students/ clients every day and process for admission enrollment / Holiday package tour program.
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and result - driven tele sales person to join with us.
∎ As a tele sales person she will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone and guiding them through the process.
∎ JOB LOCATION: Mohakhali DOHS (DHAKA)
∎ First 10 days Training period.
∎ 3 Months provision period.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound calls to potential clients/ students providing information for several types of Holiday packages /offer about admission and answer any questions they may have.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions enrollments in our system.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students/ clients and provide ongoing support throughout the enrollment and except the process.
∎ Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales target.
∎ Collaborate with other related departments to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process for clients / students.
∎ Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on our educational programs, policies and procedures to provide accurate and relevant information to prospective students/ clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer support through phone, Tele marketing, Tele sales.
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Good looking appearance.
∎ Having clear pronunciation and voice both Bengali and English.
∎ English skills both reading and writing.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive sales incentive on target achievements.
