Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to convince, ensure satisfaction and retention.
∎ As a CRO, you will act as a liaison between our company and its customers (foreign clients) to sale our service , inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
∎ Sale our services to foreign clients.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend solutions or products that best meet their objectives.
∎ Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Whats App.
∎ Stay up-to-date with service knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
