Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the clients over phone, email and ensure a complete customer service
∎ Regularly follow up with the clients
∎ Respond to the clients' queries
∎ Client complains management
∎ Regularly coordinate with the cross-functional departments i.e., sales/ product/ operations etc.
∎ Ability to achieve KPIs by performing the daily tasks assigned by the line manager
∎ Other works assigned by the management.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
