Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Must be well mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers..
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing feedback & reviews.
∎ Maintain a database of customers, schedule follow-ups, and ensure proper after-sales support.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
∎ Must have the ability to work in a team
∎ Telemarketing: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.

∎ Working Days: Working Days Saturday to Thursday (6 days)
