Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Chemistry /
∎ Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S.) /
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for "Customer Relationship Officer" having good communication skills in Bangla.
∎ Job Location: JBL Drug Laboratories, Promi Complex, Kunia Pachor, Targach Chandora Road, Gazipur-1704.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Doctors/Chemist/Customers.
∎ Have to convince customers over the phone to sell/confirm order.
∎ Provide information to questions about a product, pricing, and details
∎ Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Doc, etc.)
∎ Manage social Media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc) and respond/reply to customers queries.
∎ Candidate with leadership skills and multitasking ability.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
