Job Context:
∎ Highly experienced in working as a customer care OPD/ IPD investigation billing. Patient admission, IPD or OPD patients due collection
∎ Hospital online marketing presenter, and patient counselling.
∎ Call center management, doctor appointment confirm, e-mail sending and reply, operating computers to working with pay records, balance sheets and other documents maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hospital online marketing presenter, and patient counselling.
∎ Call centre management, doctor appointment confirm, e-mail sending and reply, operating computers to working with pay records, balance sheets and other documents maintenance.
∎ Act as a point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns and feedback.
∎ Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
∎ Train PRO, CRO, Floor In charge, Call Center and all service staffs, ensuring they possess excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
∎ Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Solve grievance issues and make sure the hospital has a pleasant atmosphere and no complaints.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in the customer care process.
∎ Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
∎ Oversee call center staffs in delivering professional and empathetic service over the phone.
∎ Ensure high standards of call etiquette and customer service.
∎ Develop and optimize appointment scheduling protocols.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
∎ Investigate issues and work to find satisfactory resolutions.
∎ Maintain records of complaints and resolutions for analysis and improvement.
∎ Execute patient feedback and satisfaction surveys.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to implement changes that enhance the patient experience.
∎ Collaborate with medical, administrative, and clinical staff to streamline patient care processes.
∎ Any other related job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in customer service management, ideally in a healthcare / hospital System
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
∎ Proficiency in healthcare software and call center technology.
∎ Leadership and team management experience.
∎ Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
