Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Mirpur-6, Dhaka
∎ Office Time:
∎ Day Shift: - 7:00AM To 4:00PM
∎ Night Shift: - 8:00PM To 5:00AM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large number of outbound calls to Australia, USA / Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customers' enquirers, selling services / products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Only Good Fluency in English is our core requirements.
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply (Fluent ENGLISH Speaker).
∎ Willing to work Full time
∎ Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months probation period.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly) - Day Shift Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly) - Night Shift
