Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming all the Visitors and Clients with sincere greetings; leading & provides according to their queries and requirements appropriately.
∎ Establishing a friendly connection with clients by assisting them during their service time and taking care of their necessities with sincerity.
∎ Attending to clients if they get adequate care and proper services.
∎ Attending incoming telephone calls, responding to their queries, taking messages, providing information.
∎ Maintaining all kind of official documents and records.
∎ Other tasks assigned by superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 2 year(s) in relevant field (optional)
∎ Good customer service skills and appearance with pleasant personality.
∎ Smart, energetic with pro-active attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills to communicate with wide variety of individuals.
∎ Candidate must have charming personality to gain clients trust.
∎ Capable to manipulate difficult situation with intellect and positive attitude.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Internet Browsing.
∎ English fluency in speaking and writing will get extra consideration.
∎ Expected to be hard worker, decent, polite and trustworthy.
