∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Call Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve customer loyalty to LuvIt through different strategies (subscription models, promotions, auto compensation vouchers etc.)
∎ Define and manage our local customer service strategy
∎ Build a strong relationship with our product team to give a seamless and positive experience to our customer when ordering with us
∎ Design a marketplace content framework to optimize the customer journey during order placement
∎ Work closely with the product team to improve the search & discovery experience
∎ Push local heads to reduce cancellations, delays, bad compliance, and other behavior affecting customer satisfaction through innovation strategies
∎ Set up and manage a small team that prioritizes large/corporate orders in order to ensure that 100% of these orders are successful.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years

∎ You have strong interpersonal skills, work independently and are reliable
∎ Strong analytical skills. Loves numbers, see trends and transform them to meaningful insight.
∎ Open minded and eager to learn even the most minimal detail of the business
