∎ Job Description: We are in search of devoted female professionals to assume the role of Customer Service Executive / Customer Relationship Officer within our team. Beyond proficiency in Bangla and English candidates must be smart and hold minimum bachelor’s degree, possess pleasant demeanor, demonstrate expertise in handling customer interactions.
∎ 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service-related field is preferred for Customer Relationship Manager.
∎ Confident freshers may also apply for Customer Service Executive position.

∎ Responsibilities & Requirements:
∎ • Efficiently interact with customer in-person, respond to inquiries via email, phone, etc. in both Bangla and English.
∎ • Must have clear Communication Skills, ability to use Positive Language and is Adaptable
∎ • Can explain all the products and services including premium service to Customer and assist customer to avail the service.
∎ • Can address customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and linguistic proficiency.
∎ • Liaise effectively with other departments to ensure resolution of issues and customer satisfaction.
∎ • Continuously endeavor to enhance customer service protocols and procedures.
∎ • Possess good knowledge in Windows & MS Office.
∎ • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
∎ • Strong communication skills.
∎ • Posed with a clear speaking voice with excellent presentation ability.
∎ • Excellent communication etiquettes
∎ • Fluent in both Bangla and English.
∎ • Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
∎ • Possess a pleasant disposition and adept in handling customers.
∎ • Able to pay attention to details and know customer’s demand.
∎ • Capable of multitasking and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
∎ • Able to handle stressful situations.
∎ • Able to build and work in a team.
∎ • Willing to work overseas.
