Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the Automotive market (car brands, types and models), (tires brands, patterns and sizes)
∎ Greet phooning customer
∎ Understanding customer's after sale needs
∎ Keep recording free service and other service for each customers
∎ Up-sell and cross sell after sale equipment to Chery Customers
∎ Ensure full compliance to the accidental reporting process
∎ Making sure customer is sattisfied with after sale service
∎ Implement and carryout work according to the company SOP “Standard Operation Procedure” policy.
∎ Be professional and approachable at all times, providing an excellent service to all customers.
∎ Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff.
∎ Follow up with customers about their experience with Chery driving and after sale requirement
∎ Report on weekly basis to management via mail, zoho, and excel sheet.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management

∎ Age 20 to 30 years
