Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline/ HSC (Minimum)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge of makeup, hair care and skin care products.
∎ Understanding & learning of beauty & personal care products.
∎ Answer queries of customers through messenger and/or phone calls.
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs and purchase behavior.
∎ Suggesting products that meet clients' needs and informing customers about product details, like ingredients, usage directions and price over phone/messenger.
∎ Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
∎ Meet Customer Relationship Management team sales targets and call handling quotas.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, dispute handling, process customer orders and file documents.
∎ Take the extra mile for ensuring the Ultimate Customer Experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 2-5 years' Experience in respected field.
∎ Should have knowledge in Photoshop & Illustrator
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.
∎ Ability to work in a team & be a proactive team player.
∎ Adaptive and quick learner.
