Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Customer Care Executive & Sales who is able to communicate clients over the phone and face-to-face meeting in office.
∎ Provide excellent customer service to enhance customers experience.
∎ Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of information and store accordingly in the company database.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Have Communication experience.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Attending office meetings for grooming.
∎ Client communication (regular updates, building relationships)
∎ Regular reporting to management
∎ Customer feedback analysis and report analysis.
∎ Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ Sense of responsibility and achieving the target.
∎ Analytic skills and the working ability for team development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
