Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): client handling, customer care management, Customer Service Management, MICROSOFT OFFICE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
∎ Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
∎ Upsell other products wherever possible.
∎ Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
∎ Attend all kinds of phone calls from hotline.
∎ Follow up all social media comments & messages and giving reply & feedback as per customers' requirement.
∎ Regular reporting.
∎ Fulfilling any assignment given by marketing dept. or management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who live near Khamarbari/Farmgate or Shyamoli will get priority.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
