Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Candidates having additional Masters degree or other professional degrees will be given higher preference.
∎ Academic Qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates with Diploma.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling face to face and telephonic inquiries from customers.
∎ Develop and improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for entire organization or department
∎ Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
∎ Identify customers' problems and internally investigating and solve, which may be complex or long-standing problems
∎ Handling customer complaints for any minor/major incidents
∎ Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
∎ Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing
∎ Writing reports analyzing the customer service that your organization provides
∎ Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
∎ Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
∎ Electrical/ Power/ Mechanical engineers will get higher priority
Additional Requirements:

∎ Fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
∎ Excellent presentation skills & report writing ability.
