Responsibilities & Context: Experience Requirements 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred Business Area Experience (Preferred): Automobile Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine, etc.) Motor Vehicle Body Manufacturing Motor Workshop Indenting Business Freshers are also encouraged to apply Job Responsibilities & Context Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently Analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions to ensure timely resolution Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take initiatives to improve service quality Ensure customer loyalty through proactive engagement and relationship management Document all customer interactions, complaints, and feedback accurately Maintain and update customer records and analyze data to identify areas for improvement Assist in developing and improving customer service systems, policies, and procedures Implement customer retention strategies and engagement campaigns aligned with business goals Provide customers with accurate information about company products and services Ensure all solutions and communications comply with company policies and procedures
