∎ Handle customer queries, complains in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs effectively.
∎ Maintain and update customer records and databases.
