∎ Proven experience preferably in the digital health or healthcare industry.
∎ Proven experience preferably in the digital health or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have strong communication skill and managing attitude to be the primary contact for the customer.
∎ Familiar with ticketing system and (multi layered) CRM platforms.
∎ MTTR and Proper mapping of service to be ensured.
∎ Understanding of product and service offered and continuous update to newly launched features.
∎ Prepare and update FAQs.
∎ Tracking and monitoring of trends for preparing reports.
∎ Diligent follower of SOP and SLAs.
∎ Accustomed to KPI and enterprise objective.
∎ Able to conduct quality audits, surveys and tele sales.
