Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answer customer queries regarding air tickets, visas, and travel services in a professional and engaging manner.
∎ Ensure that customers book their air tickets, visa services, and other travel-related products from us after inquiries.
∎ Follow up with potential customers to ensure successful bookings and service completion.
∎ Handle customer objections effectively and provide solutions that meet their needs.
∎ Provide accurate airfare details, flight schedules, and route recommendations based on customer needs.
∎ Offer the best flight deals available and guide customers on budget-friendly options.
∎ Explain visa processing steps, required documents, and timelines for different countries.
∎ Coordinate between customers and our visa processing team to ensure smooth service.
∎ Communicate efficiently between the air ticketing, visa, and other departments to streamline customer services.
∎ Make sure customers receive accurate information and timely service.
∎ Handle urgent bookings and visa processing requests with priority.
∎ Ensure every customer receives excellent service and has a hassle-free experience.
∎ Handle complaints, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
∎ Build long-term relationships with frequent travelers to encourage repeat bookings.
∎ Respond to all messages and inquiries on Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms within short time.
∎ Post provided content regularly in free time to engage customers and promote our services.
∎ Monitor social media comments and assist customers with their queries.
