∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline with Excellent Communication Skill
∎ B.Sc in EEE will give preferences
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle customer with effective communication skills.
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority
∎ To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ Inviting clients in office by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Fixing potential meetings.
∎ Day to day report to the office on client satisfaction level.
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
∎ Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Bashundhara Residential areas will get preference
∎ Verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Commercial awareness
∎ Well experienced in MS Word & MS Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
