∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to communicate and understand in English and Bengali
∎ Serving visitors at office by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
∎ Call interviewees for interview as per schedule given by human resources.
∎ Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them.
∎ Maintenance of Visitor Register.
∎ Receive and deliver documents as required.
∎ Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction.
∎ Any other responsibility directed by administrative officer .
∎ Any other works assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant with the MS-Excel, MS-Word.
∎ Friendly, cheerful and helpful, Should be smart.
∎ Ability to handle multi-tasking & prioritize the work.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure, Good social and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to store and record information accurately.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Candidates should have polite and good command in English and Computer literacy.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
Festival Bonus: 2
As per company policy.
