Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent customer service over phone, email, social media, live chat.
∎ Replying emails of general queries and reservation that come via email/phone calls.
∎ Preparing invoices and quotation, making reservation, driver assignment, maintaining vehicle management software.
∎ Supervise & time to time follow up the fleet drivers to ensure 100% on time reporting at customer location. Monitoring GPS tracking system.
∎ Organizing and maintain files and records.
∎ Maintain liaison and develop good relationship with clients and the other rental agencies.
∎ Managing the daily online social media advertisement.
∎ Giving reply of Facebook comments and messages.
∎ Prepare and design creative facebook banners by using adobe Illustrator.
∎ Posting our different packages to our facebook page and some other groups every hour.
∎ Monitor & track the movements of vehicles & ensuring optimum use of fuel and resources. prepare monthly transport expense report.
∎ Maintain, update and observe the vehicles and its documents like fuel bill, driving license, fitness certificate/tax token, log book etc.
∎ Educate driving staffs the norms of driving, road safety and customer service.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management time to time. Has to perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our quality standards.
∎ You may have to provide remote support over phone at nights away, early mornings, evenings, bank holidays and weekends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good sounding, confident, clear and bold voice.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla, both written and verbal.
∎ If you are weak in writing then no need to apply.
∎ Creativity and uniqueness, someone who can think outside the box.
∎ Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator,MS Word, MS Excel & Power point.
Salary: Tk. 16000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
