∎ Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, internet browsing, and data entry
∎ Strong customer-centric mindset Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
∎ Knowledge of relevant software applications or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems will be an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide timely responses to customer and merchant inquiries through phone calls, live chat, and emails
∎ Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly via phone calls, live chat, and emails
∎ Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints in a designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
∎ Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to escalate customer and merchant complaints to the appropriate operational teams
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and effectively communicating solutions to complaints raised by customers and merchants
∎ Conduct verification calls to assess the performance level of various operational teams
∎ Administer surveys to gauge customer and merchant satisfaction levels
∎ Collaborate with the Sales team to implement and communicate sales promotion activities
