Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provides information about products and services as required by the callers
∎ Responsible for taking, editing, or canceling details of customer complaints using the company's software system
∎ Keep records of interactions and transactions of customers; keep a record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments & follow up with customers and their complaints; ensure that customer requests are attended to accordingly
∎ Render administrative support to other marketing team members when the need arises, or as instructed
∎ Create/edit new/existing products in the company's software system
∎ Identify tasks critical to keeping customer satisfaction levels in check
∎ Daily office-related administrative jobs
∎ Liaison with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support and orders
∎ Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of customer service practices
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
