Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have good sound level to manage clients
∎ Achieve monthly target on different standard
∎ Attend customer inquiry, price, delivery over phone/ email
∎ Establishing new business and potential customers
∎ Coordinate material development department
∎ Maintain smooth communication with internal & external customer
∎ Explaining products and product prices.
∎ Answering customer information about products.
∎ Obtaining customer information such as name and address.
∎ Update customer database & prepare report on time
∎ Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
∎ Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
∎ Excellent listening skills once the prospect answers your questions.
∎ Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
