∎ Make and receive calls from students interested in our courses
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to messages on Messenger, WhatsApp, Facebook, and YouTube
∎ Guide and convince students with a soft, polite, and relatable tone
∎ Write clear, professional, and caring replies to inquiries
∎ Maintain a structured and up-to-date follow-up datasheet
∎ Work with integrity, consistency, and commitment
∎ Minimum 2+ years of experience in communication, counseling, or related roles
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Calm, friendly speaking style with the ability to build rapport
∎ Strong skills in professional message writing
∎ Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel and major social media platforms
