∎ Preferring Students from well Reputed Private University in Dhaka
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Fluent in speaking English
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Hard working Employee who would be interested in working in an BPO Firm at night shift. Must have good communication skill in English.
∎ 6 days a Week.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job is related to Inbound Customer Care for an American Company where the agent has to do inbound customer care support.
∎ Also Must be able to work during EID and on other Bangladeshi Holiday times as well.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good command in English Communication in both written and verbal.
∎ Be able to Work on Holidays specially Eid
∎ Be skilled in using Computer
∎ Must be very Good at English Communication
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Possible Increment from 18000 to 20000 BDT After 1 Year depending upon Performance and Dedication
∎ For Night Shift Only We provide BDT 2500 Attendance Bonus
∎ Overtime Payment
∎ Dinner will be Provided
∎ Extra Payment for working on Holidays (Eid, Christmas, etc.)
∎ After 1 Year eligible to get 12 paid annual leaves per year.
