Job Context
- We are looking for fluent English speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium background or candidates who have International call center experience to work in our project.
- Working day is 6 days a week.
- Must be willing to work long term (be willing to stay for 1 year or more).
- Although primarily night shift job but there is possibility of working at day or evening shift later as well as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Work in Night Shift (9 PM to 7 AM) with possible Paid Over Time work.
- Job responsibility will include taking inbound calls from American customers and solving their queries.
