Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle customers with effective communication skills;
∎ To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring Customer satisfaction as well as excellent business relationship.
∎ To operate the telephone & other communication instruments;
∎ Must have good listening skill both in Bengali & English.
∎ To have the ability to Tele survey of different types of Customers;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-2 years' experience in similar post
∎ Similar experience in FMCG industry will get preference.
∎ Basic computer knowledge;
∎ Good oral communication skill.
∎ Good listening skill.
∎ Good analytical skill.
∎ Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
