∎ Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person.
∎ Direct customers to online resources.
∎ Update customer records in the system, including notes about interaction.
∎ Pitch ideas for improving customer care.
∎ Create and maintain reports about customer interaction..
∎ Attend weekly staff meeting.
∎ Participate in team-building activities.
∎ Develop a reports with customers.
∎ Make recommendation to management to improve customer experience.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Work experience of minimum 2 years in related technical discipline

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
