∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer Operating, Computer skill, Customer Care, Hospitals, MICROSOFT OFFICE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to read & understand written all test in prescriptions
∎ Informing people about written tests on the prescriptions
∎ Greeting and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the Smart Hope Ltd.
∎ Arranging and maintaining reception services, including greeting the visitors in the office with good manners.
∎ Shall be Responsible to keep all types of record relating to Customer Care Desk.
∎ To answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
∎ To execute other official task, assigned by management time to time.
∎ Provide administrative support as and when required.
∎ Excellent knowledge in MS Office, email, Internet & Computer typing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Hospital Customer Care Officer.
∎ Willingness to work in a team proactively and individually.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Must knowledge in MS Office, email, Internet & Computer typing.

Salary: Negotiable
