Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be fully oriented with the hospital philosophy, goal, rules and regulations.
∎ To inspire, counsel, convince and provide information to patients regarding all kinds of facilities like the package, procedure, charges, and consultants provided by the organization.
∎ To handle the complaints of the customers and troubleshoot any untoward incidents occurring in the hospital.
∎ To attend to any VIP/ VVIP/CIP patients or their visitors, to ensure that they are well looked after.
∎ Solve any problem of the patient by the help of the concerned department.
∎ Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences, and presentations.
∎ Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
∎ To perform any other duty assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Call attending
∎ Receiving customer complaint and to handle objection very smoothly for an effective resolution.
∎ To provide product information to the customer
∎ Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers
∎ To follow up after sales service related email and replying the email from customers
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concerned authority
∎ To handle the customer with effective communication skills.
∎ To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer
∎ Face-to-Face Customer Support
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years

∎ Must have 3-5 year’s experience in Diagnostic or Hospital related specific job.
