Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound knowledge in visa processing for the countries, Saudi Arabi ,Oman ,Qatar, Dubai, Malaysia etc., and the countries of the First World Participate in video shoots and live sessions, arranged by the marketing wing, whenever necessary.
∎ Must speak minimum 100/150 calls per day, receive calls and carefully convey our service information to the customer.
∎ A customer-driven, positive attitude with a proven passion for delivering outstanding service.
∎ Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and service providers to get the best deals and thereby increase the revenue on the files handled.
∎ Have to inform about the services provide to the customer online with various travel agency offices.
