Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
∎ Provide information about products, services, and offers.
∎ Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
∎ Assist in after-sales service coordination.
∎ Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
∎ Gain hands-on experience in managing customer relationships in a professional environment.
∎ Develop strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
∎ Learn the basics of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and their applications.
