Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a Call Centre Executive to join our Office. We would prefer a candidate with previous experience in the relevant area. Assure that customers get the finest service possible via call center services while also gathering comments and notifying the customers for follow-up.


∎ Generate leads through follow-up calls to customers and convert them into appointments.
∎ Manage online customer queries.
∎ Need to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
∎ Service Quality & Others: Ensure the finest service to the customers and improve many aspects of the services.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Collect customer feedback by calling them
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.
∎ Must be worked & experienced on excel sheet.
∎ Duty Time: 10am to 8 pm
