Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer support executives manage a team of customer support representatives and maintain customer satisfaction. They ensure that the team is adequately trained to promote excellent customer service.
∎ Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
∎ Manage and resolve customer complaints.Identify and escalate priority issues.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved.
∎ Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service.
