Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (Female) for our team who is dedicated and committed to working under pressure.
∎ Duty Time: 10 Am to 8 Pm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering incoming calls and explain company products and services.
∎ Maintaining Facebook page and others Social Media and Chat with Customers.
∎ Products Order confirmation from website and Facebook page.
∎ Taking orders from phone calls.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must know the primary use of office computers and MS Office.
∎ Good behaviour skills.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Good Computer Skills.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Over time allowance
