∎ We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Call Center) having good verbal communication skills in Bangla and English. Receive Phone calls follow-up, Client handle & ability to convince over the phone.
∎ This job is suitable for those candidates who are good in Bangla and English communication.
∎ Roster Based Duty Morning (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) & Evening (4:00 PM to 12:00 PM).
∎ The evening roster will perform from home.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent customer service over the phone, mail, Facebook, Messenger, social media, live chat, etc.
∎ Need to handle incoming calls to prospective customers relating to the Client's business.
∎ Provide product knowledge/Product Specifications to the customer over the phone, mail, Facebook Messenger, social media, live chat, etc.
∎ Suggesting to customers problems/product appearances/major complaints and providing quality feedback issues through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
∎ Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system. Gathering data on sales leads for further marketing analysis.
∎ Maintains customer records by updating Customer information.
∎ Support sales processes via phone calls, email, etc. to the customers.
∎ Identify customer’s needs, clarify information and provide solutions or alternatives
∎ Submit Customer feedback reports to the Office Day to Day.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensive way.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Mirpur / Mirpur DOHS Candidate will get preference.
∎ Have to have excellent both Bengali and English speaking Capacity.
∎ Better Knowledge about Google Sheets and Software handling & well conversant in MS Excel.
∎ Able to work Evenings or Night Shifts, (Work from Home).
∎ Duty Time: Morning (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) & Evening (4:00 PM to 12:00 PM)
∎ The evening roster Perform work from home
Salary:
∎ Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
∎ The basic salary is 13000 & the Rest of the 4000 is based on the monthly target percentage)
After the Provision period salary will be increased as per company policy.
