Job Context:
∎ The candidate should be able to speak comfortably over the phone with clients every day and share product information.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive customer and clients incoming calls and give them support.
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to our products or services.
∎ Attending client's needs, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules and regulations.
∎ You are to get involved with a dynamic Customer Support Unit and deal with the customers.
∎ Attend and make large amounts of Phone calls with clients in a timely manner.
∎ Conducting the calls by following "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify clients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Result-oriented without any excuses.
∎ Have mentality for work long duration otherwise please don't apply.
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Customer conveyance capacity, strong interpersonal communication, and leadership skill are a must.
